How To Make: 2018 Merdeka Inspired Mask ('Kuning Berdaulat' Banana Mask)

Merdeka is here! 

We are patriotic in many aspects of our life, so let us add skin care into it as well. 

We will be making the “Kuning berdaulat” banana mask. 

It uses kaolin clay which absorbs excess oil and impurities. This provides many benefits such as the reduction of acne, and the cleaning of the pores which in turn reduces any breakouts of the skin. 

Next, add banana extract which reduces any wrinkles, leaving the skin tighter and looking younger. 

Use banana fragrance oil for a tropical smell, like our tropical country. 

Finally, add yellow liquid color pigment. Pamper yourself with a much deserved banana mask. Have fun!

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Total Time : 10 minutes 

Ingredients Needed

1. SoapLab’s Jojoba Lotion Base 
2. Kaolin Clay 
3. Banana Kiwi Fragrance Oil 
4. Banana Extract   
5. Glycerin
6. Yellow Liquid Colour Pigment
7. Rubbing Alcohol
8. Jars

Equipments You Will Need:

1. Heat Resistant Containers
2. Spatula/ Stirer (Can Also be kitchen Spoon)
3. Weighing Scale (Digital)

5. If applying on face, avoid citrus based or sandalwood essential oil as Malaysian weather will cause your skin to be easily sun burnt. Wear sun protection if add these Essential oils.
